What is FELT? 

Family Engagement & Leadership Training (FELT) is a self-paced, compensated training program designed for parents, caregivers, and family members who want to make a difference for their children, their communities, and families across Alaska.

Through short, easy-to-complete lessons, you’ll build practical advocacy and leadership skills, connect with other families, and gain tools to help improve the systems that serve children and families.
