Transition Series: Supported Decision Making Tools for Transitions to Adulthood

Join Stone Soup Group and the Alaska Down Syndrome Network for our 6 session series on what you need to know as you and your student with disabilities prepare for adulthood. It’s never too early to start preparing for adulthood. We encourage parents of students of all ages to participate!
