Have you ever sat in a meeting where others are talking about your child and everyone is focused on health and safety or what they can’t do? A one-page description is a “cheat sheet” which provides a positive introduction of your child and helps others learn how to help them have days filled with the things that make life worth living…what’s important to them. It also provides your child positive control over the supports they need. Join Aimee Ortiz-Day and Shelbi Davenport to learn how to create a one-page description and how it can be used across multiple settings.
