Stone Soup Group is proud to have been chosen as one of the five Alaskan nonprofit organizations that WalMart & Sam's Club Associates can vote for, to receive the $100,000 WalMart Associates' Choice Program grant in August. Voting is open from July 7th to August 13th, and every vote counts!
Stone Soup Group helps hundreds of Alaskan families of children and young people with special needs each year, by providing much needed assistance like help in crisis situations, getting families connected to the services they need, empowering families with crucial education and training, as well as skill-building groups and social opportunities for young people with disabilities.
As a WalMart or Sam's Club Associate, you have the power to vote for an organization that gives children and young people with special needs, and their families all across the state a chance for a brighter future through support, education, and empowerment. With the help of generous supporters like you, we can continue to touch lives in every part of our state, including the families of many WalMart associates!
