NEW: The 'mother' of Parent Navigation and an SSG founder, Cheri Scott, just RSVP'd to come!! We will be making a special presentation to honor Cheri who recently retired after 20 years.

We are kicking off our 20th anniversary year with a celebration of our signature program!

Parent Navigation has been making Stone Soup Group (SSG) the place that Alaskan families of children with special needs turn to for help. It's the heart of our organization. Our Parent Navigators are experienced parents or family members of children with special needs who connect these families with everything they could need for their child.

Come join us for an open house to celebrate and honor what has become a critical resource for Alaskan families of children with special needs.

About Stone Soup Group
Stone Soup Group is a statewide nonprofit organization founded in 1992 that provides support & assistance to families of children and youth with special needs. Based in Anchorage, it operates several programs, each with a specific focus on the diverse needs of families. Like the villagers in the Stone Soup fable, the organization's staff, board, and partners each contribute their own knowledge and experience as family members of people with disabilities to help others.
